School supplies and a laptop for Samuel in Rio de Janeiro
Help Samuel begin Grade 9 with a laptop, uniform and books.
🇧🇷 Brazil1,348 views
I earned a place in Grade 9 at Rio de Janeiro Boys' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $300, which is more than we have.
I love design and technology and want to become a pilot. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $300 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $55
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
• Laptop: $225
Thank you for reading my story.
