School supplies and a laptop for Michael in Los Angeles
Michael earned a place in Year 11 at Los Angeles Science Academy; we're $900 short on required supplies.

Michael earned a place in Year 11 at Los Angeles Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $900, which is more than they have.
Michael loves chemistry and wants to become a teacher. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $900 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $250
• Laptop: $580
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $70

Thinking of you, Joshua. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. God bless
