School supplies and a laptop for Mavis in Kumasi
Mavis earned a place in Year 11 at Kumasi Technical College; we're $100 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 11 at Kumasi Technical College, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $100, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a marine biologist. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $100 goes:
• Laptop: $70
• Textbooks and workbooks: $20
• School uniform and shoes: $10
Glad we found this place.

hope things get better soon. Your post was clear and honest. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. God bless.
thinking of you, Mavis. Hope this works out for you. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
rooting for you, Mavis. This could happen to any of us. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.
