School supplies and a laptop for Kiran in Mumbai
Kiran won a place at Mumbai Science Academy but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇮🇳 India1,238 views
Kiran earned a place in Grade 9 at Mumbai Science Academy, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have.
Kiran loves graphic design and wants to become an engineer. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
He will take care of everything given and works very hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $150 goes:
• Laptop: $70
• School uniform and shoes: $20
• Textbooks and workbooks: $40
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

So sorry you're going through this. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. I have a 14 year old who wants to send good wishes too
