School supplies and a laptop for Heather in Gold Coast
Heather earned a place in Year 10 at Gold Coast Technical College; we're $650 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Gold Coast Technical College, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $650, which is more than we have.
I love coding and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $650 goes:
• Laptop: $400
• School uniform and shoes: $160
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $90
With deep gratitude,
Heather

Your post was clear and honest. Don't give up. Thinking of Gold Coast
Take care, Heather. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Bogotá but we're thinking of you.
Thinking of you and your family, Heather. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Greetings from Lahore.
