School supplies and a laptop for Alvin in Uppsala
Alvin earned a place in the first year of senior school at Uppsala Science Academy; we're $400 short on required supplies.

I earned a place in the first year of senior school at Uppsala Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $400, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $400 goes:
• School uniform and shoes: $95
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $60
• Textbooks and workbooks: $245
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Alvin.
School uniform and shoes is $95 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page. Thanks, that means a lot.
