Save Tucker: Remedios can't afford the emergency vet
A senior cat named Tucker needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $450 bill the family can't cover.
🇵🇭 Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines1,116 views
Tucker is my senior cat of three years. On 25 May we rushed to Quezon City Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Tucker, but the treatment can't wait beyond September.
Tucker is more than a pet - Tucker got me through my hardest year. I have already put $65 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Quezon City Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Tucker's recovery.
Where the $450 goes:
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $75
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $50
• Emergency surgery: $325
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

How is Remedios doing now?
Thinking of you, Remedios. Looking forward to the next update. After 8 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
You're not alone, Remedios. Hope this works out for you. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
best of luck, Remedios. Hope this works out for you. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. God bless.
Poor Tucker, hope they feel better soon. We're a small family in Celaya but we're thinking of you. Take care
Thanks for sharing this, Remedios. Your post was clear and honest. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it.
