Save Sunny: Thabisa can't afford the emergency vet
A rescue greyhound named Sunny needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $500 bill the family can't cover.

Sunny is my rescue greyhound of eleven years. On 19 September we rushed to Pretoria Animal Hospital with a ruptured cruciate ligament. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $500.
They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond November.
Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $65 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Pretoria Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $500 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $230
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $165
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $75
