Save Rocky: Andrea can't afford the emergency vet

Rocky is my tabby kitten of nine years. On 20 June we rushed to Monterrey Animal Hospital with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $500. They have stabilized Rocky, but the treatment can't wait beyond September. Rocky is more than a pet - Rocky got me through my hardest year. I have already put $110 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Monterrey Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
