Save Poppy: Okan can't afford the emergency vet

Poppy is my dog of two years. On 26 June we rushed to Bornova Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $800. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $90 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
