Oscar is my rescue greyhound of three years. On 20 August we rushed to Anaheim Veterinary Centre with kidney failure. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $2,450. They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond October. Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $340 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. Funds will be paid straight to Anaheim Veterinary Centre and I'll share the invoice and an update on Oscar's recovery.
