Save Ginger: Oluwaseun can't afford the emergency vet
A dog named Ginger needs a hospital stay and surgery - a $400 bill the family can't cover.

Ginger is my dog of six years. On 13 February we rushed to Lagos Animal Hospital with severe tick fever. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $400.
They have stabilized Ginger, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Ginger is more than a pet - Ginger got me through my hardest year. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Lagos Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $400 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $240
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $75
• Medication and follow-up visits: $30
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $55
