Sana was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in May. The oncology team at Faisalabad Regional Medical Center has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in August. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks. Sana is 57, worked as a primary school teacher until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Faisalabad Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
