Samuel needs a guide into software testing - monthly calls
Samuel, a security guard, is retraining for software testing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a security guard for 9 years, and I'm 31. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into software testing, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Oromia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

thinking of you, Samuel. Hope you get there. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust
You're not alone, Samuel. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best.
Best of luck, Samuel. This could happen to any of us. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
