Samir needs a guide into teaching - monthly calls
Samir, a retail manager, is retraining for teaching and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a retail manager for 12 years, and I'm 30. After being laid off, I decided to move into teaching, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in England, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Glad we found this place.

Stay strong, Samir. Your post was clear and honest. After 15 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings.
Hope this works out for you. Sent it to 20 people at work.
Hope things get better soon, Samir. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Please keep us posted. All the best!
Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Pune donated after I showed her your page. All the best.
take care, Samir. Hope this works out for you. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. All the best
Small businesses are the heart of London. Hope you're open again soon. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of London.
Wishing you the best, Samir. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Greetings from Kampala
