Seeking an experienced project management professional for guidance on the transition from factory operator.

I have worked as a factory operator for 14 years, and I'm 29. After my children starting school, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Andalusia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
