Ryota received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
After the loss of a second income, Ryota is 3 months behind on rent and has a notice to vacate from the landlord.

After a car accident that kept me from work for 7 weeks, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Friday a notice to vacate was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $1,000.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by July, we must leave.
I have three school-aged children at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working weekend shifts, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• First month of rent as a buffer: $600
• Utilities in arrears: $190
• Late fees and court costs: $210
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Thinking of you, Ryota. Hope you get there. Put this on a community board in Padua this morning
You're not alone. I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. I'll check back for the next update. God bless.
You're not alone. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
Sending love, Ryota. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. It's not much but it's yours. All the best.
hope this works out for you. Put this on a community board in Rio de Janeiro this morning. God bless
