I'm Afshan. Khalid has just arrived in the country, and speaks Russian but little English. We have a first appointment at the clinic on Thursday in Karachi and the hospital's interpreter service has a long wait.
Someone who could come for about an hour, translate what the doctor says and what Khalid wants to ask, would make this so much less frightening. We can pay for your transport and a coffee.
