Rungnapa is eight weeks into recovery and would welcome a mentor with lived experience.

I'm eight weeks into recovery from opioid addiction. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week. I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like. I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later. I hope life is good to you.

    • Keep going. I hope things turn around soon. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless.

      • So sorry you're going through this, Rungnapa. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Blessings

        • Good luck, Rungnapa. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did
