Rosie's a broken leg after a road accident: help with the vet bill
A German shepherd named Rosie needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $650 bill the family cannot cover.

Rosie is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 5 July we rushed to Belo Horizonte Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $650.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond August.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie got me through my hardest year. I have already put $65 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Belo Horizonte Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $650 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $390
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $220
With deep gratitude,
Elaine
