Rosa's final semester of a master's in public health in Barcelona
Rosa is one term away from finishing a master's in public health but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $1,350.

Rosa is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Barcelona State College, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,350.
The registrar has said Rosa can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rosa has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rosa would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Rosa isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Barcelona State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
