Roofing help wanted: Seyi's home in Epe
The roof at Seyi's home is failing; materials are donated and we need hands.

I'm a home-care aide living in Epe. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 4 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $600, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the roofing sheets and nails. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for three or four volunteers who can help over a weekend.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Thinking of you and your family. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Bogotá.
You're not alone. Shared this with my family. We're a small family in Jakarta but we're thinking of you. All the best
