Roofing help wanted: Maryam's home in Riyadh
Maryam, a single mother of three, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 2-weekend roof repair in Riyadh.

I'm a single mother of three living in Riyadh. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 2 places, and the bathroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $2,550, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the tiles and battens. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for 4-6 people who can help over two Saturdays.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is work boots and a hat. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
