Roofing help wanted: Amna's home in Faisalabad
Amna, a home-care aide, needs a few skilled and unskilled helpers for a 1-weekend roof repair in Faisalabad.

I'm a home-care aide living in Faisalabad. During the last storm water started coming through the ceiling in 4 places, and the kids' bedroom is no longer usable. A roofer quoted $280, which isn't something I can pay.
The good news: a local hardware store has donated the tiles and battens. What I don't have is people to do the work. I'm looking for three or four volunteers who can help over two Saturdays.
Experience helps, but it isn't essential - I'll have a licensed roofer supervising for safety. All you need is sturdy shoes, gloves and a willingness to work. I'll provide lunch, water and lots of thanks.
The work will be done on the ground and roof with proper harnesses. If you can only help for a few hours, that's welcome too.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

hang in there. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. God bless.
Sending strength, Amna. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home
