Roofer needed urgently: Henrique's home isn't safe
Looking for a licensed roofer in Belo Horizonte to donate time or work at cost.

In February an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $710 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed roofer who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $40.
The job should take about six hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a roofer and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Wishing you peace, Henrique. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. After 29 years in hospitality I know how hard it is to ask for anything. God bless.
