Rodel's final semester of a degree in social work in Quezon City

Rodel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a degree in social work at Quezon City Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $950. The registrar has said Rodel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rodel has a 3.6 average, and a professor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rodel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Rodel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
