Rides to dialysis three times a week for Ruby in Auckland
A rota of drivers to Auckland General Hospital would keep Ruby on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Ruby has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to Auckland General Hospital alone. After a minor stroke, Ruby can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 24 km each way.
Ruby is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.

Sending strength, Genesis. This could happen to any of us. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Best of luck, Genesis. Your post was clear and honest. Blessings
You're not alone, Genesis. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Take care.
