Rides to dialysis three times a week for Juan in Mérida
Juan needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Juan has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to Mérida Regional Medical Center alone. After a foot amputation, Juan can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 10 km each way.
Juan is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Thank you so much.

so sorry you're going through this, Luis. Hope you get there. Blessings.
Stay strong. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. All the best!
Wishing you the best, Luis. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick.
