Rides to dialysis three times a week for Bin in Riverside
Could you drive Bin to Riverside General Hospital on Monday? A rota of 4 drivers is forming.
🇺🇸 Riverside, California, United States560 views
Bin has been on dialysis for 1 years and until recently drove to Riverside General Hospital alone. After a minor stroke, Bin can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 18 km each way.
Bin is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
