Rides to dialysis three times a week for Ali in Riyadh
Ali needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Ali has been on dialysis for 5 years and until recently drove to the Riyadh Kidney Centre alone. After a foot amputation, Ali can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 32 km each way.
Ali is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.

So sorry you're going through this. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day.
Wishing you the best. Shared this with my family. I went through something like this 3 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Breda.
