Rides to dialysis three times a week for Adhiambo in Nairobi
Adhiambo needs dialysis three times a week and has lost the ability to drive; volunteer drivers can each take one day.

Adhiambo has been on dialysis for 2 years and until recently drove to Nairobi General Hospital alone. After a foot amputation, Adhiambo can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 4 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 31 km each way.
Adhiambo is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
Please say which day works for you in the comments.
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Hope things get better soon, Njeri. Hope the doctors have good news. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care.
Sending good thoughts, Njeri. Wishing Adhiambo a smooth procedure and a full recovery. Don't give up. Thinking of Nairobi.
Hang in there, Njeri. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I'm in hospitality myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. All the best.
Thanks for sharing this. Looking forward to the next update. Put this on a community board in Indore this morning. God bless
Hope it all works out, Njeri. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier
