Respite for a tired caregiver in Wollongong

I'm asking for one night a week where someone I trust stays in the house so I can sleep.

I'm Cameron. For 1 years I've cared for my mother, who needs help at night several times. I haven't slept through in a long time and I'm starting to make mistakes. I'm hoping for someone who could stay one night a week, from about 9pm to 7am, in our spare room. You would only need to help Shirley to the toilet and get back to bed. Shirley sleeps well once settled, and I'll leave clear notes. I can't pay much, but I can give a small thank-you and good breakfast. If you've done night care before or work in health care, you'd be perfect. Thank you for reading, and for even thinking about it.

I have looked after my own mother and I know how tiring it is. I could do Tuesday afternoons if that suits. Just let me know.
