Respite care wanted: a few hours a week with Hailey in Ottawa
Hailey needs company and a little help with meals; I need a few hours to work without worrying.

I'm Henry, and I look after my sister at home in Ottawa. Hailey has Parkinson's and should not be alone for long stretches. I work nights, and the gap on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is the hardest part of my week.
What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 2pm until 5pm. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care.
Hailey loves cooking and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor.
I'd like to meet you first with Hailey present, and I'm happy to give a reference from my employer. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more.
