Respite care wanted: a few hours a week with Bukola in Lagos
I look after my sister and work early shifts. I'm looking for someone patient to sit with Bukola on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons.

I'm Yewande, and I look after my sister at home in Lagos. Bukola has failing eyesight and should not be alone for long stretches. I work early shifts, and the gap on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons is the hardest part of my week.
What I need is someone calm and reliable to be in the house from about 1pm until 5.30. Mostly that means company, a cup of tea, lunch and a short walk if the weather is kind. No lifting and no medical care.
Bukola loves the radio and will talk your ear off about it. I'm home before dark and will always leave the phone numbers of the doctor and a neighbor.
I'd like to meet you first with Bukola present, and I'm happy to give a reference from my employer. If you have done care work before, wonderful, but kindness matters more.
I'll be so grateful for any help at all.
