Cox's Bazar
My family left Myanmar 9 months ago after we were targeted for our work. We spent time in a camp before we were resettled in Cox's Bazar. We're a family of eight and we're safe, but we arrived with very little. Our resettlement agency has provided 3 months of rent, and that support ends in April. I was an engineer in Myanmar, and I'm studying the language every evening. Our daughter and son have started school and are doing well. We want nothing more than to be self-sufficient. This fund will help us through the first six months. All purchases will be documented and photos shared (with the family's consent). Where the $250 goes: • Beds, table and basic furniture: $165 • Phone and internet for school and job search: $30 • Winter clothing and school supplies: $55 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

    • Take care. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend. Thinking of Cox's Bazar.
