Raúl is looking for a farm hand in Palmira
Looking for someone reliable to start as a farm hand. Experience matters less than turning up and caring.
🇨🇴 Valle del Cauca, Colombia882 views
I'm Raúl, and I run a small small farm in Palmira. Business is steady and I need to take on a farm hand. I know how hard it's to get started without experience, so I'm putting this where people who need a chance might see it.
The work is feeding animals, planting, harvesting and general farm work. Hours are mornings, and I pay the local minimum wage plus tips. You will be trained by me for the first 2 weeks, and I'll write a reference once you've worked with me for three months if it goes well.
You need to be reliable, polite with customers and happy to learn. I'll never ask for a fee, a deposit or your bank details before you start. You can come and see the place before deciding.
Please pass this on to anyone looking for work.
