I have worked as a call-centre agent for 14 years, and I'm 39. After my children starting school, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Phuket, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
