Ratna needs a guide into renewable energy - monthly calls
Ratna, a security guard, is retraining for renewable energy and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a security guard for 16 years, and I'm 50. After my children starting school, I decided to move into renewable energy, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in West Java, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
