Rashed's final semester of an agriculture degree in Comilla

Rashed is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an agriculture degree at Comilla University, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Rashed can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rashed has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rashed would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Rashed isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Comilla University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
