Puja needs someone who understands: peer support in recovery
Puja is ninety days into recovery and would welcome a mentor with lived experience.

I'm ninety days into recovery from gambling addiction. I attend meetings and see a counselor, but the weeks between meetings are the hardest. I'd love a mentor - someone who has a year or more of recovery and who would be willing to talk once a week.
I'm not looking for a replacement for treatment. I'm looking for someone who understands what a bad Tuesday night feels like.
I'd prefer someone who's happy to do video calls. Any country is fine. I'll be respectful of your time and boundaries, and happy to pay it forward later.

Good luck, Puja. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Take care.
Hope it all works out, Puja. This could happen to any of us. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. God bless
rooting for you. Hope the doctors have good news. I'm in accounting myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you.
You're not alone, Puja. Hope the treatment goes smoothly and recovery is quick
