Pro bono website for Liberty Seniors' Association - can you help?

Liberty Seniors' Association is a small park-friends group in Leeds that serves about 273 people each year. We've been running on word of mouth and social media, and we need a simple website with information, volunteer sign-up and a donate button. We have the content, logo and photos ready. We need someone who can design and build it, and show our volunteer how to update it. We'd estimate 10-15 hours of work. Ideally it should be fast on mobile, accessible, and use inexpensive hosting.
