Pro bono tenant-rights lawyer needed for Niamh's case in Leinster

Niamh is facing a benefits termination I'm appealing and can't afford a lawyer; a tenant-rights lawyer willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing a benefits termination I'm appealing, with a hearing on August. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer. I'm looking for a qualified tenant-rights lawyer licensed in Leinster who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee. I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Dublin or meet online. I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  • Shared it with a few friends. Put this on a community board in Jimma this morning. Blessings

    • Best of luck. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Dublin.

      • shared this with my family. Greetings from Sydney!

        • Thinking of you and your family. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. It's not much but it's yours.
