Pro bono immigration lawyer needed for Oliver's case in California
Oliver is facing a visa refusal appeal and can't afford a lawyer; an immigration lawyer willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on November. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified immigration lawyer licensed in California who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in San Jose or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

So sorry you're going through this, Oliver. Hope you get there. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Thinking of San Jose.
Sending good thoughts. Your post was clear and honest. Don't give up. All the best.
Sending strength, Oliver. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Thinking of San Jose
