Pro bono employment lawyer needed for Anthony's case in Ohio

Anthony is facing a visa refusal appeal and can't afford a lawyer; an employment lawyer willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing a visa refusal appeal, with a hearing on October. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer. I'm looking for a qualified employment lawyer licensed in Ohio who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee. I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Dayton or meet online. I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist. Thanks for being kind about this.

  • Take care. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. After 12 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.

    • hope things get better soon, Anthony. Hope this works out for you. It's not much but it's yours. All the best

        • Wishing you the best. Shared it with a few friends. Sent it to 10 people at work. Thinking of Dayton.

          • I hope things turn around soon. Put this on a community board in Fresno this morning. Greetings from Fresno.
