Pro bono disability-rights advocate needed for Radha's case in Delhi
Radha is facing wrongful dismissal after reporting unsafe conditions and can't afford a lawyer; a disability-rights advocate willing to review the case for free could make the difference.

I'm facing wrongful dismissal after reporting unsafe conditions, with a hearing on November. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified disability-rights advocate licensed in Delhi who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in New Delhi or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

Sending strength, Radha. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Please keep us posted.
You're not alone. Looking forward to the next update. Our whole street has been following this since the weekend.
You're not alone, Radha. I hope things turn around soon. Take care.
Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of New Delhi.
