Looking for a pro bono disability-rights advocate in Nairobi for a case with a deadline in July.

I'm facing wrongful dismissal after reporting unsafe conditions, with a hearing on July. I earn too much to qualify for legal aid on paper, but not nearly enough to pay a lawyer's retainer.
I'm looking for a qualified disability-rights advocate licensed in Nairobi who might be able to review my documents, prepare me for the hearing, or take the case pro bono or on a reduced fee.
I've organized my documents chronologically, and I'll share them with the lawyer who agrees to help. I can travel to your office in Nairobi or meet online.
I understand that the time of a lawyer is valuable, and I'm deeply grateful for any help or for suggestions of organizations that could assist.
