I'm launching a photography studio in Thiruvananthapuram next October. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a photography studio, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Glad we found this place.

I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Sydney but we're thinking of you. Thinking of Thiruvananthapuram.
