Popy, a smallholder in Bihar, is facing rising soil salinity and needs advice from an agronomist.

I farm 2 hectares of rice in Bihar. This season I'm dealing with rising soil salinity. I've tried what the local suppliers recommended, but results aren't improving.
I'm looking for an agronomist or experienced grower who can look at photos, soil-test results and my planting plan, and advise on what to change. A 30-minute call or exchange of messages would be fantastic.
I'm happy to share photos and a soil test. I'm using only what I can afford, so low-cost suggestions are best. I'll share how it goes - and what worked - to help others in the community.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Stay strong, Popy. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Santa Rosa
Sending strength, Popy. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of Gaya.
Wishing you the best, Popy. Your post was clear and honest. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
