Plumber needed urgently: Wendy's home isn't safe
Wendy has a failed boiler with no heating, and can't afford a licensed plumber to fix it; a few hours of professional help would make the home safe.

In December an inspector told me that my home has a failed boiler with no heating. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $760 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $95.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Rooting for you. Hope this works out for you. After 29 years in social work I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Auckland.
