Plumber needed urgently: Rowan's home isn't safe
Looking for a licensed plumber in Greensboro to donate time or work at cost.

In April an inspector told me that my home has faulty wiring that trips the power and smells of burning. It's a safety risk for me and my elderly mother. The landlord has refused to act, and quotes of $1,500 are beyond us.
I'm looking for a licensed plumber who may be able to donate a few hours or do the repair at cost. I can cover the parts, which I estimate at $290.
The job should take about eight hours. I'll make sure someone is home and will provide refreshments. I can share the inspector's written report on request.
If you're a plumber and can help, or know a program that assists with this sort of repair, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Best of luck. Shared this with my family. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Take care.
Wishing you the best. This could happen to any of us. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home.
